Financial Highlights

Hong Kong (29 August 2016)--Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited (“Freetech”, or the “Group;” stock code: HK.6888), a leading asphalt pavement maintenance (the “APM”) integrated solution provider, announced its unaudited consolidated interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2016 (the “Period”).

During the Period, the Group’s operating revenue was approximately HK$239.6 million, representing an increase of approximately 21.2%, as against the corresponding period. Total profit attributable to owners of the Company was approximately HK$18.5 million, relatively stable as against the corresponding period. The APM services of the Group recorded revenue of approximately HK$155.7 million, representing an increase of 8.2% as against the corresponding period of 2015. The APM equipment recorded revenue of HK$83.9 million, representing an increase of 55.9% as against the corresponding period. Those figures indicate that the Group remains a leading integrated solution provider using "Hot-in-Place" recycling technology in the APM industry of PRC.
