
Mr. Sze Wai Pan, founder of Freetech Technology Group, currently chairman and president of the group.
Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and study at the University of Warwick in UK, where he obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology (with distinction) and a Master of Quantitative Analysis.
Mr. Sze founded Freetech Technology Group, which has made outstanding achievements in the field of highway maintenance and mechanical equipment. He is known as the pioneer in realising circular economy and low-carbon economy in the field of highway maintenance, and won the Nanjing 'Technology Meritorious Award' (the only non-Mainland winner of this award), and obtain the title of “Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Jiangsu Province”.

Mr. Chan Kai King graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the City University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in mechanical engineering. He has extensive research and understanding of domestic and foreign mechanical equipment.
Joined Freetech in 1999 and currently serves as executive director and vice president of Freetech.
Since joining Freetech, he has been responsible for the company's product technology research and development work, and has made outstanding contributions to maintaining the company's products and technology as an industry leader.

Ms. Sze Wan Nga graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Integrated Science (Honours) in Applied Physics and received a Master of Business Administration from Baptist University in 2004.
Ms. Sze Wan Nga joined Freetech in 1996 and was responsible for the financial management affairs of the group company. Ms. Sze was appointed as an executive director in June 2011 and resigned as an executive director in February 2021 after being transferred to a non-executive director. Ms. Sze is currently a non-executive director of the Hong Kong headquarters of the group company and director of subsidiaries in mainland China. She has been a member of Nanjing Political Consultative Conference(南京市政协委员) from January 2023.
Since joining Freetech, Ms. Sze has been committed to improving the company's financial system, advocating the reduction of operating costs, and making important contributions to improving the efficiency of Freetech's capital use and strengthening the company's core competitiveness.

Mr. Zhou Jichang was appointed as a non-executive director of the company in 2021. Mr. Zhou currently serves as an independent non-executive director of a number of Hong Kong listed companies, the honorary chairman of the China Highway Construction Industry Association, and a member of the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Mr. Zhou served as the chairman of the Board of Directors of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd.; a technician, engineer, deputy director, personnel director and deputy director of the Bridge Design Office of the First Highway Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Communications; and a deputy director of the Board of Directors of China Highway and Bridge Construction Corporation. chairman, deputy general manager, chairman of the board of directors and general manager; chairman of the board of directors, president and party committee secretary of China Road and Bridge (Group) Corporation.
Mr. Zhou graduated from Tongji University majoring in road, bridge and tunnel construction. He is a senior engineer.

Prof. Tong Wai Cheung was appointed as a non-executive director of the company in 2019. Prof. Tong has taught in many universities in Hong Kong and the United States for more than 30 years.
Prof. Tong served as the president of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at George Washington University in the United States from 2009 to 2018. Prof. Tong is a fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, an academician of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences and a senior member of the International Thermal Conductivity Conference. Prof. Tong is enthusiastic about public service in Hong Kong and is currently the chairman of the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption’s Community Relations Citizen’s Advisory Committee. He has served as a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference since 2012. He also serves as a member of the Committee of 100, a member of the Advisory Board of the International Professional Management Association and the chairman of the Hong Kong Laurel Forum Committee.
Prof. Tong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, USA, and a Master and PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Prof. Tong is currently an independent non-executive director of a number of Hong Kong listed companies.

Dr. Chan Yan Chong was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company in 2016. Dr. Chan graduated from the Department of Mathematics at Nanyang University in Singapore, and later received a master's degree in operations research from Lancaster University and a doctorate in management science from the University of Manchester.
Dr. Chan served as the director of the MBA program and associate professor of the Department of Management Science at City University of Hong Kong. He is currently a director of Au Chan Investment Co., Ltd. Dr. Chan has published many professional books and articles, and is a columnist in many newspapers and magazines.
Dr. Chan served as an independent non-executive director of Shanghai Jiaoda Withub Information Industrial Co Limited, a company listed on GEM of the Stock Exchange.

Ms Yeung Sum has more than 18 years of experience in financial and internal control management. She was a partner of the famous Ernst & Young accounting firm, mainly responsible for risk management and providing internal control management services. Since 2012, she has served as the chief financial officer of Enzo Jewelry Group, mainly responsible for the group’s finance, legal, human resources and internal control.



Mr. Jiang Yong He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (now Central South University) in 1982, majoring in mining machinery, and is a senior engineer.
He worked for a large national construction machinery enterprise and won several Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City Science and Technology Progress Awards. He joined Freetech in 1997 and served successively as manager of the technical engineering department, dean of the Engineering Machinery Design Institute, vice president and general manager of the construction engineering division.
With his rich experience in equipment research and development, he integrated his understanding of equipment into Freetech's hot-in-place asphalt pavement recycling construction, allowing the equipment to perform optimally during construction and ensuring high-quality and efficient construction.

Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Graduated from Monash University in Australia with a bachelor's degree in business (majoring in accounting and economics) and a master's degree in business law. He is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong and Australia.
He has worked in well-known firms such as 'Baker Tilly Hong Kong CPA' and 'CCIF CPA'. In October 2006, he joined Ernst & Young (one of the four major international accounting firms) as a senior auditor and audit manager. He joined the company as the financial director in November 2011, responsible for the company's financial work and concurrently serving as the secretary of the board of directors.
