Hong Kong (15 November 2016)--Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited (“Freetech”, or the “Group;” stock code: HK.6888), a leading asphalt pavement maintenance (the “APM”) integrated solution provider, announces that the Group has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chongqing Jiaotong University.

On November 4, during the first session of the Second Chongqing Jiaotong University Council Meeting and the ceremony of cooperative project of Enterprise-University-Institute which was successfully held at Chongqing Jiaotong University, Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited and Chongqing Jiaotong University formally signed the "Chongqing Jiaotong University – Freetech Recycling Engineering Technology Research Center" strategic cooperation framework agreement.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will fully integrate their own advantages, like Chongqing Jiaotong University’s strong scientific research capabilities and excellent research resources in traffic engineering and the Group’s advanced road maintenance technologies, rich experiences in road repairs, operation and management and other advantages. They will jointly built   "Chongqing Jiaotong University – Freetech Recycling Engineering Technology Research Center" as a producing, learning, research and cooperating base, and establish a long-term and effective scientific research, technology, information exchange and cooperation system, in the field of road maintenance and material recycling to implement a series of plan including scientific and technological R&D,  commercialization of research findings, and personnel training.

We believe the signing of the school-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement will further enhance the Group's overall competitiveness and help it achieve leapfrog development and also build a better innovation and development platform for both sides.
